Cortex Hackathon

Overall Guidelines: A PPT Template will be shared along with the release of problem statements. STRICTLY follow the provided template. Rubrics will be provided along with the release of problem statements. Team and Participants: The team should consist of minimum 3 students and maximum 5 students with one student as team lead. Team lead will remain the point of contact. A participant can be a part of more than two teams however in such a case he/she cannot be the lead for either of the teams. Presentation Guidelines: The Hackathon will be conducted in two rounds. Round 1 - Submission of PPT and online screening: All participants will receive an E-certificate of participation. Selected teams from Round 1 will proceed for the second round. Round 2 - Presentation in front of an industry panel: Hybrid mode of presentation. Students based outside Pune ONLY may present online. The rest of the selected teams have to report to the given venue for offline presentation. 10 minutes (7 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q and A) will be provided to each team. Presentation in the given team order is mandatory. Missing the designated slot can result in disqualification of the team. All participants of this round will receive a physical certificate of participation. Top 03 winners will receive a prize pool as follows: First Prize: 5,000/- Second Prize: 3,000/- Third Prize: 2,000/-
