Code Avengers – The Ultimate Coding & Debugging Challenge:
CODE AVENGERS is a coding and debugging competition organized as part of Tech Media Fest 2026 by Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Computer Applications and Management (BVICAM), New Delhi.
The competition tests participants on debugging, programming concepts, logical thinking, problem-solving, and coding skills through two technical rounds.
Participants will compete individually across a debugging challenge and a final coding contest.
Event Details:
Event Date: 30th September 2026
Time: 10:00 AM onwards
Venue: BVICAM Campus, New Delhi
Event Format:
Round 1 – Debugging Challenge (Elimination Round):
Participants will be given 5 buggy code snippets.
Identify the errors and suggest appropriate corrections.
Code execution is not allowed in this round.
Time Limit: 30 minutes
Top-performing participants will qualify for Round 2.
Round 2 – Final Coding Contest:
Qualified participants will solve 3 coding problems of varying difficulty.
At least 2 problems must be solved to qualify for ranking.
Time Limit: 2 hours
Languages Allowed: C, C++, Java, and Python
Solutions will be evaluated on correctness, efficiency, readability, and coding practices.
AI Policy:
ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and similar AI-assisted coding tools are strictly prohibited during the competition.
Participants must solve and submit their solutions independently.
Who Should Participate:
Open to all college students.
Individual participation only.
Suitable for students interested in coding, debugging, and problem-solving.
