Overview
Code Auction is a team-based competitive coding event. It combines programming, strategy, and auction-based decision-making, where teams bid virtual currency on programming problems and strategically manage their resources to maximize their scores.

Guidelines
Each team must consist of 2–4 members.
All team members can discuss and solve the purchased problems.
Each team receives an equal amount of token currency.
Teams must manage their currency strategically between programming problems and Power Cards.
The event includes the following Power Cards:
Extra Time: Provides additional time for an eligible problem.
Hint: Provides a useful hint for an eligible problem.
Double Points: Doubles the points earned from an eligible solved problem.
Steal: Allows a team to claim an eligible advantage/problem under the event rules.
Exact Power Card effects and usage conditions will be announced before the event.
Correctly solved problems earn points, and problem difficulty may determine the points awarded.
Power Cards may modify scores according to their stated effects.
The guidelines do not specify whether inter-college or inter-specialization teams are allowed.
The number of programming problems and the duration of individual rounds have not been specified.
Rules
Teams cannot bid more coins than their available balance.
All bids must be placed within the announced bidding time.
Power Cards can only be used according to their stated rules and usage conditions.
Copying or using unauthorized assistance may lead to disqualification.
The team with the highest final score will be declared the winner.
The organizers' decision will be final and binding.
