Climate Hack-tion

A hackathon for students in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands to reimagine climate solutions. Climate Hack-tion is a hackathon for university students across Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and the EU, run ahead of COP31 - the UN's annual climate summit. Over one intense weekend, teams build a realistic working solution that helps advance one of COP31's priority areas: electrification, waste and methane reduction, resilient cities and buildings, green industrialisation, and broader climate awareness and education. Compete for cash prizes and standout opportunities, build real skills and connections, and do something that actually matters for the planet. Funded by the European Union.
