Chief of Staff AI Buildathon

Every Chief of Staff has that one workflow quietly eating their week. The board pack you rebuild from scratch every quarter. The exec update stitched together from six tools. The meeting follow-ups that never quite happen. This is the night you fix it. Join fellow Chiefs of Staff at Ojin AIxHaus for a hands-on buildathon following COSC Berlin. Bring a real problem, team up with peers who share it, and build something you'll actually deploy. How it works We kick off with a short talk from the Ojin team on what they've learned shipping AI into major enterprises, and why so many AI projects die between pilot and production. Then it's straight into building. Teams of three, no-code and low-code tracks, with engineers on the floor to get you unstuck. We finish with live demos, a room vote on the build most likely to actually get used, and a frank conversation about what it takes to roll these tools out inside your company. No coding experience needed. If you can describe the problem, you can build the fix. Bring: your laptop and one workflow you'd love to never do manually again. We'll ask for it when you register. Please RSVP to save your spot. For more information about the Chief of Staff Network and our upcoming events, programs, conferences, and more, visit: https://www.chiefofstaff.network/
