Day 1 – Kickoff & Inspiration 2:00 PM: Registration and check-in 2:00–2:30 PM: Keynote Speech 2:30–4:30 PM: Workshop 1 – Ideation & Team Building 4:30–6:00 PM: Workshop 2 – How to Create Products in a Maker Space Day 2 – Build Day 10:00 AM–6:00 PM: Team product development Workshop 3: No-Code Tools Workshop Workshop 4: Business Model Workshop All sessions are hands-on and team-based rather than traditional lectures. Day 3 – Pitch & Celebrate 10:00 AM–12:00 PM: Pitch Deck Preparation 2:00–4:00 PM: Demo Day 4:00–6:00 PM: Award Ceremony and Closing Join creators, innovators, and problem-solvers from around the world for the Global Maker Space Hackathon! Over three days, participants will collaborate to design, prototype, and showcase creative solutions that blend technology, design, and innovation. FAQ Can we participate as a team or as individuals? Both are welcome. You can join solo or come with friends to form a team. I'm a beginner. Can I apply? Absolutely! This hackathon is designed to help participants learn new skills and experience how a hackathon works. It’s beginner-friendly, so don’t worry—everyone is welcome to join. Is it free? Yes, participation is completely free of charge. Be part of a global community of makers and bring your ideas to life at Dongguk University’s Maker Space. Who can participate? Anyone with a passion for making! The event is open to all foreign nationals living in Korea — students, professionals, and hobbyists alike. No experience required, just curiosity and creativity!
