Patients struggle to find suitable providers, compare costs, share records securely, and manage their journey across borders. EthAum brings discovery, case creation, secure records, AI-assisted matching, quote comparison, consultation, booking, treatment and aftercare together in one patient-centric platform. Your challenge is to design and build the website that makes this work. Patient Journey Discover → Create Case → Upload Records → Qualification → Provider Matching → Quote Comparison → Select Provider → Booking & Payment → Virtual Consultation → Treatment → Aftercare → Review & Referral Deliverables A working website (MVP) that functions as a trusted, end-to-end healthcare marketplace, covering: Patient side: discovery, case creation, record upload, AI provider matching, quote comparison, virtual consultation and booking. Provider side: lead inbox, case management, quote builder, appointment management and secure communication. AI layer: document organization, qualification, provider matching, quote comparison and reminders. AI supports coordination and does not replace medical professionals. Core site features: homepage, treatment catalogue, destination pages, search and filters, doctor and provider profiles, packages, patient accounts, notifications, reviews and a help centre. Market research and benchmarking: Study other medical-tourism marketplaces, hospital international-patient portals and healthcare travel websites for reference. Compare how they handle navigation, search, provider transparency, pricing, enquiries, booking, reviews, trust signals, privacy cues and aftercare. Document what you observed and which ideas you would adapt, improve or avoid. The goal is to find gaps and differentiate EthAum, not to copy.
