Guidelines.
Team Composition: Inter-college and inter-specialization team members are allowed.
Format: The hackathon will be conducted in two stages —
Round 1 (Online): Project/idea submission in PPT format only.
Round 2 (Offline, 24-hour Hackathon): Shortlisted teams will build and present their prototype on-site at IPEC over 22–23 August.
Themes: Participants must choose one of the following themes — Health Care, Cybersecurity, EdTech, Fintech, or Open Innovation.
Registration Deadline: 15th August 2026.
Communication: All shortlisting updates, round timings, and further instructions will be communicated to registered participants via email. Please ensure a valid and active email ID is provided at registration.
Prize Pool: ₹1,00,000 across winning teams.
Venue (Round 2): Inderprastha Engineering College, 63 Site IV, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Surya Nagar Flyover Road, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Rules
Each team must consist of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 students.
Every team must submit a PPT covering their idea/project as part of Round 1 (online submission).
Only teams shortlisted from Round 1 will be invited to participate in the 24-hour on-site hackathon on 22–23 August 2026.
Registrations must be completed on or before 15th August 2026. No entries will be accepted after the deadline.
All communication regarding shortlisting, schedules, and further rounds will be sent via registered email — participants are responsible for checking their inbox (including spam folder) regularly.
Plagiarism or use of pre-built/copied solutions will lead to immediate disqualification.
Teams must select one theme from the five given (Health Care, Cybersecurity, EdTech, Fintech, Open Innovation) for their submission.
Decisions of the judges and organizing committee will be final and binding.
Participants must carry a valid college/institute ID card during the on-site round.
The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, format, or rules if required, with prior notice to participants.
