Background - The Problem: Many schools still rely on manual processes for their daily operations. They spend significant time entering data by hand, managing physical paperwork, and using outdated systems that do not integrate with one another. This leads to inefficiencies, duplicated effort, and slower workflows. The Challenge: Your mission is to build a smart, AI-powered system that automates daily school operations. The goal is to transform physical records into digital data and simplify administrative tasks for school staff. Core Technical Requirements: AI Document Reader: Use AI to read physical paper forms and automatically extract data. Smart Timetables: Develop an algorithm that generates class schedules and automatically resolves conflicts, such as double-booking teachers or classrooms. All-in-One System: Integrate all school data into a single platform so schools no longer need to manage multiple outdated applications. The use of reactive state management (such as Riverpod) is encouraged to ensure the app updates seamlessly whenever data changes. The Admin Dashboard: Build a simple, user-friendly dashboard that enables school administrators to manage everything from one place. Instead of requiring administrators to search for issues, the dashboard should proactively notify them whenever action is needed. Think Outside the Box (Bonus Ideas): Smart Staffing: Use historical data to predict staffing requirements and identify where teachers or staff will be needed most. Auto-Attendance: Eliminate manual roll calls by using RFID-based ID card scanners or computer vision systems to record attendance automatically. Tech Stack Guidelines: Complete Freedom: You have full flexibility to choose the programming languages, frameworks, databases, and tools you are most comfortable using to build and deploy your solution.
