Solo builders are welcome too — you'll be reviewed after teams and matched into a team on the day. WHAT YOU'LL WALK OUT WITH Not a slide deck. Not a roadmap. By 7:01 PM you'll be able to say: "We built a real product, for a real user, that you can use right now." That's the whole game. THE ONE RULE THAT MATTERS Every project targets a specific, real user — not "people who want productivity." Who are they, where do they live, and what do they do instead today? Your demo opens by introducing that person, then shows the product working live. A live demo on screen is required (a public URL or Manus Share link is ideal). No slide-only pitches.
