Hackathon Format
The hackathon will be conducted for 24 continuous hours.
Phase 1 — Ideation
Teams identify a real-world problem and develop their initial solution concept.
Phase 2 — Problem Definition
Teams should clearly define:
The problem
Target users
Existing challenges
Proposed solution
Why the solution is needed
Phase 3 — Development
Teams build their prototype/MVP during the hackathon.
Phase 4 — Testing
Teams test their solution, identify issues and improve their implementation.
Phase 5 — Final Submission
Teams submit their project and other required materials according to the official submission instructions.

The submitted projects will be evaluated by the judging panel based on the applicable judging criteria.
Number of Problem Statements
AXION is an Open Innovation Hackathon.
Therefore, there is no fixed number of problem statements.
Each team will:
Identify its own problem → Develop its own solution → Build a working prototype → Submit the project.
Project Requirements
Teams are expected to build a functional prototype, MVP or demonstrable implementation.
Projects may include:
Web applications
Mobile applications
AI/ML solutions
Software platforms
Automation systems
IoT solutions
Data-driven applications
Hardware + software solutions
Cybersecurity solutions
Other technology-based innovations
The final project should demonstrate a clear connection between the identified problem and the proposed solution.
What Teams Should Submit
Teams may be required to provide:
Project Title
Problem Statement
Solution Description
Key Features
Technology/Tech Stack
