Online/Solo/Marketing engineering SEP 12 · 9:00 CEST (GMT+2, Warsaw) → runs exactly 24 hours The Challenge Build a marketing engine that improves itself. Not a campaign. Not a content calendar. A system with a feedback loop, where each cycle is informed by what the last one learned. Pick a brand — your own product, a project, any company you can pull real signal for — and put the engine to work on it. You build alone, and you have 24 hours. Everything is judged against one underlying question — does this system get the brand known faster and wider than doing it by hand? The Loop What "self-improving" has to mean. A credible engine has four parts — and the fourth is where most submissions fall down. 01 · SENSE Sense Pull signal from more than one place: search demand, your own analytics, competitor moves, community conversation, event calendars — whatever you can defend. 02 · DECIDE Decide Turn signal into a ranked choice: this topic, this keyword, this channel, this week, for this reason. 03 · ACT Act Produce or update real brand output: posts, pages, metadata, ad copy, outreach. 04 · LEARN Learn Measure the result against a stated metric and change the next decision. Say what it measures, what threshold triggers a change, and what changes. LEARN FEEDS THE NEXT CYCLE Automation with extra steps is not a loop. The learning step is what separates the two. 24 hours. That's the whole event. Go deep on the ones your approach makes strongest. If you see a better wedge for your brand — take it and tell us why. FAQ Things people ask before registering. Still unsure about something? Register anyway — the form is just a few short questions about marketing work you've done. Can I enter with a team? No — unlike most hackathons, this one is solo builds. One person, one engine. That's part of the challenge: the loop has to do the heavy lifting, not headcount. One 24-hour window: Sep 12, 9:00 CEST (GMT+2, Warsaw time) to Sep 13, 9:00 CEST. Fully online — build from wherever you are.
