Participants who do not register will not be allowed to participate. ⏱️ Event Schedule 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM — Registration and Check-in, badge distribution, team confirmations, seating. 8:30 AM to 8:50 AM — Opening Ceremony, welcome remarks, event overview, partner introductions. 8:50 AM to 9:20 AM — Session 1: TBD 9:20 AM to 9:50 AM — Session 2: TBD 9:50 AM to 10:10 AM — Session 3: TBD 10:10 AM to 10:30 AM — Hackathon Kickoff, mechanics, hackathon format, judging criteria, rules, and important reminders before the build begins. 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM — Build Phase 1 🧑‍💻🚀, teams start building with the required tech stack. 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM — Working Lunch Break 🍽️, lunch will be distributed. 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM — Build Phase 2 🧑‍💻🚀, teams continue building with the required tech stack. 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM — Build Phase 3, Final Sprint ⏱️🔥, continue building, polish solutions, prepare submissions and demos. 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM — Submission Preparation and Final Checks, deck upload, demo readiness, technical validation. 7:00 PM to 7:15 PM — Submission Deadline 📩 7:15 PM to 7:55 PM — Judging Round 1 🧑‍⚖️🗳️, judges review submissions and select top teams. 7:55 PM to 8:15 PM — Dinner Break, Project Pitch Preparation. 8:15 PM to 9:00 PM — Top Team Presentations 🎤🏆, 5 min pitch, 2 min Q and A, selected teams present on stage. 9:00 PM to 9:15 PM — Judges Deliberation 🧑‍⚖️🗳️, final scoring and winner selection. 9:15 PM to 9:30 PM — Awarding Ceremony and Closing Remarks 🏅🎉7 hrs 40 mins for building time.
