Anna AI-Native App Hackathon About the hackathon Build an installable Anna App people can #mention in Anna chat — with optional UI, tools, workflows, and saved state. Start small and compete for a $300 winner-takes-all prize. An Anna App packages an AI-powered experience users can install, mention in chat, and return to whenever they need the workflow again. Your project should feel like a real AI-native app — more than a static webpage, more than a plain chatbot. Show AI participating through a workflow, tool call, decision, generation step, structured UI, saved state, or human review. You don't need production polish or every Anna feature — a focused working prototype is enough. Format: Online · Solo or teams up to 5 · Jun 15 – Jun 22 Schedule Jun 12 — Kickoff & Info Session (online), build week begins Jun 15–22 — Build your Anna App Jun 22, 11:59 PM ET — Final submission deadline (no extensions) After Jun 22 — Judging & winner announcement Challenges Build an AI-Native Anna App. Wrap one useful, repeatable workflow into an installable Anna App. Use optional UI (HTML, CSS, JS, or React), tools, skills, and saved state where they make the app better. Judging criteria: Usefulness & user value Working demo Meaningful use of AI Fit with Anna Creativity & execution Prize: $300 — Winner Takes All FAQs What should I bring? Just an idea and your dev setup. No prior Anna experience needed — docs, starter examples, and community support are available to help you start fast. You can use external APIs, open-source libraries, and LLMs. Are there prizes? Yes — $300, winner takes all, awarded to the strongest project. Focused ideas and working demos matter more than size. Who can join? Anyone 18+, worldwide. Build solo or in a team of up to 5. What do I submit? Your app or project artifact (shareable Anna App, runnable project, zip, private repo, or local run instructions), a short description (what you built, who it's for, how AI is used, Anna fit), and an optional demo video — all before Jun 22, 11:59 PM ET.
