West Hacks is hosted by Greens Farms Academy's Social Entrepreneurship Club (a highschool club based in Westport, Connecticut). This hackathon is open to all high school students, providing a platform to engage in create problem-solving. We want students to prepare and build a project on their own time submitted by June 1st, and then we will host a short period for them to present their projects to us.
Under this year's theme of Fintech and Education, the question we want projects to tackle this year is, how can we use technology to help teach people about finance and/or push education forward? Whether you're interested in teaching people how to manage their money or building an tool that makes acing a class easier, we want to see what you can build.
