Most change and transformation teams are stretched.More initiatives. More stakeholders. More pressure to make change happen across the organization.
People driving change often become the bottleneck.
This 2-hour hackathon is about exploring how AI can help change leaders work faster, think sharper and scale their impact — without losing the human side of change.
Join us to explore how AI can be used in change management, exchange experiences with other change leaders, and test how Shiftic, an AI system for running change until it sticks, can help strengthen change initiatives, rollouts, and behavior shifts.
We’ll also be joined by Rodolfo Zúñiga, Team Lead Child Online Safety at Save the Children Sweden. Rodolfo will share his experience of using Shiftic to drive change across culture, and organisational development, and what value and learnings it has created along the way.
Bring your laptop and, if possible, a real case to explore during the session.
