Schedule Day 1: Ideation & Use Case Development - 9:30: Check-in - 10:00 – 12:00: Kick-off & Introduction to TON & Telegram - Led by Julien (TON) and TON developers/community members. - Learn about Telegram as a "Super App" and TON as the blockchain layer. - 12:00 – 13:00: Lunch - 13:00 – 18:00: Ideation, Collaborative Use-Case Development & Mentorship - Work with your team to brainstorm and refine your project idea. - Receive guidance from TON mentors. - 18:00 – 19:00: Snacks, Feedback, and Discussion with Teams - 19:00 onwards: Optional continued work session (elsewhere or online) Day 2: MVP Building & Final Presentations - 10:00 – 10:30: Kick-off and Welcome - 10:30 – 17:00: Project Development - Focus on building your Minimum Viable Product (MVP). - 12:00 – 13:00: Lunch - 16:45: Submission Deadline for Final MVP - 17:00 – 19:00: Team Pitches - Each team will have 5 minutes to pitch their project, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A. - 19:00 – 19:30: Food - 19:30 – 20:00: Judging / Deliberation - 20:00 – 21:00: Awards & Feedback from Jury Judging Criteria 1. Technical Quality - Code quality and structure - Level of difficulty and ambition - Depth of integration with TON (e.g., smart contracts, Jettons, Mini Apps, Wallets) 2. Product Quality & Progress - UI/UX clarity and polish - Core functionality working as intended - For existing products: how much progress was made during the hackathon 3. Unique Value Proposition & Narrative Fit - Does the product address a clear problem? - Is the idea innovative or meaningfully different? - How well does it align with the TON ecosystem and Telegram-native use cases? 4. Team Experience - Relevance of the team’s background & potential to continue post-hackathon 5. Pitch Quality - Structure, confidence, passion, and energy shown during the pitch, including the Q&A - Ability to communicate the big picture and get people excited about the project Prizes & Post-Hackathon Support Prizes: - 1st Place: $750 - 2nd Place: $500 - 3rd Place: $250 - Top 3 winners: A 30-minute expert consultation with a TON vertical lead. Post-Hackathon Support (for all participants): - Project support and deeper exploration of promising ideas. - Invitation to join the TON Europe developer group. - Invitation to online events to get roasted by the TON experts.
