Every year, thousands of hackathons begin.
Thousands of ideas are built.
Thousands of demos are presented.
And then...
Most of them end.
At Infinity Hacks, we asked ourselves a different question:
What if a hackathon wasn't just about building something impressive—but about building something that genuinely matters?
That's how Infinity Hacks 2026 was born.
Organized under the HackerRank Campus Crew initiative, Infinity Hacks is an international online hackathon bringing together students, developers, designers, innovators, and problem-solvers from around the world.
Our mission is simple:
Build solutions for the problems nobody else chose.
Instead of chasing trends or creating projects that stop after Demo Day, we encourage participants to tackle overlooked challenges-the ones that impact real people but rarely make headlines.
Whether it's accessibility, healthcare, education, sustainability, public safety, AI, cybersecurity, or an entirely different challenge you've identified, if it creates meaningful impact, it belongs here.
Whether you're a beginner joining your first hackathon or an experienced hacker looking for your next big challenge, Infinity Hacks welcomes you.
Because great ideas don't always begin with technology.
Sometimes they begin with a problem.
Welcome to Infinity Hacks 2026.
For the Problems Nobody Else Chose.
The challenge isn't to build the most complicated project.
The challenge is to build the most meaningful one.
We're looking for solutions that address real-world problems—big or small—that people face every day.
Don't build something because it's trending.
Build it because someone needs it.
Your solution could improve accessibility, make cities safer, simplify education, strengthen healthcare, support sustainability, empower communities, or solve a challenge that's often overlooked.
The best projects won't just showcase great technology-they'll demonstrate empathy, practicality, innovation, and the potential to create lasting impact.
We're not judging how many APIs you used.
We're judging the difference your solution can make.
