Please join us for a hackathon that will help the Mayor's Permitting Accountability and Customer Trust (PACT) team make customer service simpler, faster and more transparent for everyone! The Challenge The third and final hackathon of the 2025 series is focused on reimagining the customer service experience for residents interacting with the City. Residents often submit service requests without knowing how long they will take or what to expect, which can lead to frustration and mistrust. At the same time, City departments measure and track customer service differently (or not at all), which makes it hard to spot bottlenecks, set expectations, and improve service delivery. Teams will be challenged to use open data and AI tools to help the City view how it is serving residents and where to focus improvements with end-to-end support. Sponsors AI2 Incubator supports early-stage AI startups by providing mentorship, funding, technical resources, and community to help them rapidly develop and scale their ideas. We Build With AI is a community of AI experts that empower people to rapidly prototype and launch projects using AI through hands-on workshops, hackathons, and collaborative events. Bolt is an AI-powered code editor that lets you instantly prototype, build, and deploy full-stack web apps in your browser with minimal setup. Ada Developers Academy’s mission is to prepare women and gender expansive adults to be software developers while advocating for inclusive and equitable work environments.
