Welcome To AI Fun Night: Freshers' Party Planning Challenge! Put your creativity, problem-solving, and AI skills to the test by designing an engaging Freshers' Party for your own campus using AI-powered creative tools. This live online challenge is designed to help students explore practical applications of artificial intelligence while solving a real-world campus event planning challenge. Participants will create an original Freshers' Party concept, design an AI-generated event poster, and present their ideas during a live online session. Event Details: Mode: Online (Meeting link will be shared in WhatsApp Group) Date: Monday, 13 July 2026 Time: 5:00 PM IST Official WhatsApp Group: https://chat.whatsapp.com/K773P1O2Dif0md9mtD2qPs?mode=gi_t All event updates, meeting links, announcements, submission forms, and important instructions will be shared through the official WhatsApp group. Challenge Flow: Register for the challenge. Join the official WhatsApp group. Complete the mandatory Pre-Session Survey. During the live session, use AI-powered tools to plan a Freshers' Party for your campus. Create an AI-generated event poster based on your concept. Present your complete idea through a 60-second screen-shared pitch. Submit your final proposal as a shareable online document. Complete the mandatory Post-Session Feedback Survey along with the required screenshots. Submission Requirements: Participants must submit: Final event proposal document. AI-generated event poster. AI prompts or conversation history used during planning. Required feedback form. Required screenshots for verification. Rules: Individual participation only. Every submission must be original. AI tools must be used for planning and creative design. Only one final submission is allowed per participant. Inappropriate, plagiarized, or misleading submissions will be disqualified. The organizers reserve the right to verify submissions before evaluation. The decision of the organizers shall be final. Evaluation Criteria: Entries will be evaluated based on: Creativity. Practicality of the event plan. Effective use of AI tools. Presentation quality. Originality. Participants will also vote during the live session for their favorite presentations. Rewards & Recognition: Certificate of Participation for all eligible participants who complete the required submissions and feedback process. Freshers' Party Planning Champion Certificate for the top-performing participant. Exciting rewards and a chance to be considered for a premium smartphone opportunity, subject to the applicable program guidelines and eligibility criteria.
