About this hackathon
CodeXtreme 2025 is here and out emphasis is on value and impact. We encourage participants to pick high-value and high-impact problems they can solve for themselves, their peers, companies or communities and learn a lot about Product, Design and Software in the process. This year's theme: "Build Things People Need: High-Value, High-Impact Solutions To Shape Communities," challenges participants to create impactful, scalable solutions that address real-world problems. We’re bringing together 250+ of Africa’s brightest students and tech enthusiasts for an unforgettable 4-day experience of learning, building, and sharing. This year we are letting you work on what you find meaningful as always, so long as it is valuable and impactful. However we have a 2 challenges from 2 of our partners and we'd love to invite interested teams to participate: Wolfram Platform, API and Language Challenge | Wolfram Through CodeXtreme GIZ Rwanda AI Challenge | DTCR Through CodeXtreme Go through the documents and decide which you will work on if interested.
