Welcome to edition #2 of the Learn. Build. Grow. | Junction ITP Prizren the regional hackathon where public and private sector challenges meet the creativity of developers, designers, researchers and innovators. Following the success of our first edition, we're once again within the DigiCamp and Digital Skills Festival bringing together a diverse community to prototype solutions that strengthen the digital government.
