Welocme to Frontend Battle 3.0, 2026 , the flagship event of Web and Design Society, IIT Bhubaneswar. This isn't your typical UI hackathon. You'll build, optimize, and ship under real-world pressure as each stage pushes your frontend skills in a completely different direction. Expect ambitious requirements, tough constraints, and challenges that test both speed and engineering excellence. No spoilers. Just the clock, the challenge, and your chance to stand out. Starts On: 26th June 2026, Ends On: 28th June 2026, Mode: Online (WhatsApp Group). After Registration, Join Our WhatsApp Group. Number of Rounds: 2. Eligibility Criteria: This challenge is open to anyone interested in the field of frontend, regardless of experience level or institution. Whether you are a seasoned developer or just starting your journey, we the team of WebnD, IIT Bhubaneswar, welcome you to the epic Frontend Battle where “One battle rules them all”. Also needless to say, the event being a vibe coded one, use of all the AI tools are permitted without any limitation. Frameworks Allowed: React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt, SolidJS, Angular, or Vanilla JS. 3D frameworks like three.js are also allowed. Styling Tools: Utility CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or custom CSS are fully permitted. Round 1: The Qualifying Round. Date: 26th June 2026. Time: The problem statement releases at 26th June 2026, 2:00 PM. Duration: 4 hours. Submission Deadline: 26th June 2026, 6:00 PM. Description- The participants will be provided with a pre-packed asset ZIP and their goal is to build a fully responsive, SEO-optimized Web pages. Judging Criteria and marks distribution upon features added will be mentioned in Problem Statement. Top performers advance to the finale. Round 2: The Finale. Date: 28th June 2026. Time: The problem statement releases at 28th June 2026 at 10:00 AM. Duration: 12 hours. Submission Deadline: 28th June 2026, 10:00 PM. Description: The details of this round will be revealed only to the participants who have qualified for this round. Bonus : The Bounty Segment. This a surprise segment to be introduced in the finale to further spice up the time bound event. Further details to be accordingly shared.
