This weekend hackathon is designed to help you go from idea β working demo β pitch-ready story, with a focus on measurable business impact.
π§ What Youβll Build
Teams will create an AI agent that can plan, call tools/APIs, and produce verifiable actions or artifacts within enterprise guardrails.
π― Challenge Themes
Choose a theme (or propose your own) and build a prototype around it. Examples include:
HR & Talent: onboarding concierge, skills inference + career pathing, policy Q&A with audit trails
Customer Ops Copilot: multi-agent triage, retrieval-augmented response, policy-aware escalation
Procurement & Finance: spend analysis, invoice exception resolution, close-automation runbook
IT & Security: access request agent with approvals + guardrails + verification
Supply Chain: exception detection + resolution planner, delivery delay comms with live data
Sales & RevOps: proposal builder with compliance checks, intelligent briefings + CRM updates
Open-ended: participant-originated enterprise agent ideas welcome

What You Must Submit
Every team submits:
A business case deck (problem β target KPI β ROI hypothesis) or a demo video
A GitHub repo with a clear README + setup steps
Projects must be built during the hackathon weekend (no outside projects)
