OneInbox AI Internship Hackathon
The OneInbox AI Internship Hackathon is a hiring-first engineering challenge built to discover exceptional talent across AI Engineering, Voice AI Engineering, and Backend Development.
Unlike traditional hackathons, this isn't about presentations, mockups, or simple AI wrappers. Participants will solve production-inspired engineering problems that mirror the systems built at OneInbox every day.
The hackathon follows a two-round format, beginning with an Online Architecture Challenge where participants design their solution using HiDevs Architecture Copilot, followed by an Offline Hiring Hackathon at OJONE, Bengaluru, where shortlisted participants will build and demonstrate their working solutions before the OneInbox engineering team.
This isn't a competition for ideas alone. It's a hiring challenge built for engineers who can design, build, and ship.
We're hiring across three engineering roles:
- AI Engineer Intern
- Voice AI Engineer Intern
- Backend Developer Intern
Stipend: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
(Final compensation will be based on technical skills and performance during the hackathon.)
