Join This WhatsApp Group Group for more information regarding the event.Eligibility: Open to all students from engineering, design, and management backgrounds. Cross-college, cross-specialisation, and cross-year teams are allowed. Team size: 2–6 members. A participant cannot be a part of more than one team. MUJ and Non-MUJ(Manipal University Jaipur) participants are welcome. Round-wise Guidelines : Round 1: Online Assessment Round Mode: Online Start Date: 9th January 2026 End Date: 28th January 2026 Teams will undergo an online design assessment that incorporates creative and conceptual design thinking challenges. No registration fee is required for this round. Teams are expected to submit their PPTs/designs before the deadline. Top-performing teams will receive an official email confirming their shortlisting for the offline finale. The problem statement will be released on the morning of January 15, 2026, on LearnIT's Official website. In case a team misses the submission, they may submit it directly to the organizers, but only under special exceptions approved by the organizing committee. Round 2: Offline Design Challenge Mode: Offline Date: 7th February 2026  Venue: Manipal University Jaipur Campus Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Shortlisted teams will compete in an 8-hour live design challenge, where they will build high-impact design prototypes based on the given scenario. Mentoring sessions will be held during the challenge to guide teams. Results and awards will be announced on the same day. Registration Fee: ₹500 per member (non-refundable, applicable only to shortlisted teams). Overview: In this offline round, participants will take their previously created designs from Round 1 and evolve them through a series of exciting dares and creative challenges. The goal is to test flexibility, quick thinking, and storytelling through design. Round Flow: Kick-off & Dare Reveal (9:00 – 9:30 AM): Teams will be introduced to the new set of challenges and twists that they must incorporate into their existing work. Design Modification: Participants will modify and enhance their previous designs based on the dares while maintaining alignment with the same theme. Pitch Preparation: Teams will craft a short pitch deck explaining their concept evolution and creative decisions. Final Pitch & Presentation: Each team presents their revamped design to the judges, highlighting how it adapted to the challenges. Evaluation Criteria: Brand Identity & Consistency Creativity & Originality Visual Appeal & Aesthetics Communication & Clarity Adherence to Theme Important Notes: Round 1 (Online) is completely free. Shortlisted teams must report physically to Manipal University Jaipur for Round 2. Registration fee of ₹500 per member is mandatory and non-refundable for shortlisted teams. All participants must complete registration before 28th January 2026. No registrations or submissions will be accepted after this date under any circumstances. The final decision in all cases rests with the organizing committee of LearnIT Club and Manipal University Jaipur. Note: Rewards and prize distribution are subject to change based on the number of participants or other event circumstances.
