About the Competition: What if you were given control of a real business and asked to grow it? Business Leadership Simulator is not a business plan competition. It is not a case study competition. It is not a hackathon. This is a real-world business simulation designed to test your entrepreneurial thinking, leadership ability, decision-making skills, execution capability, and business acumen under realistic conditions. Participants will be assigned a live business scenario and will be expected to make strategic decisions, solve operational challenges, manage growth opportunities, and navigate real-world business situations. Your performance will be evaluated not on presentations or theoretical answers, but on your ability to think like an entrepreneur and lead like a business owner. What Makes This Different? Most competitions test how well you can create a business plan. This competition tests how well you can actually run a business. Participants will be required to: Make strategic business decisions Solve real business challenges Manage limited resources Develop growth strategies Handle customer and operational situations Demonstrate leadership and execution ability Adapt to changing market conditions Every decision you make will influence your overall performance in the simulation. Skills Evaluated: Entrepreneurship Leadership Decision Making Business Strategy Problem Solving Communication Team Management Crisis Handling Growth Thinking Execution Capability Competition Format: Round 1: Business Introduction & Market Understanding Participants will receive details of the business they will be managing and will be expected to understand its challenges, opportunities, and market dynamics. Round 2: Business Simulation Participants will make operational, strategic, and growth decisions while responding to real-world business scenarios. Round 3: Leadership & Execution Assessment Participants will be evaluated on how effectively they manage resources, solve problems, and grow the business. Rewards: Internship Opportunities for Top Performers The highest-performing participants will receive internship offers and opportunities to work on real business projects. Industry Recognition Gain practical experience that goes far beyond traditional academic competitions. Leadership Exposure Demonstrate your entrepreneurial and managerial abilities in a realistic business environment. Eligibility: Open to: Undergraduate Students Postgraduate Students Aspiring Entrepreneurs Future Business Leaders Anyone interested in entrepreneurship, management, and leadership Platform: The competition will be conducted entirely on YAI Infraventure's proprietary platform. Participants will receive further instructions after successful registration. Think Like a Founder. Lead Like a CEO. Execute Like an Entrepreneur.
