​Every single day, dozens of conventional hackathons take place across the country. ​Thousands of developers write rushed, unstructured code over a weekend, claim prizes, pack up, and abandon their repositories forever. ​This is the Mirage. ​High-value cloud resources are burned, sponsor APIs are temporarily activated, and developer retention drops to absolute zero. ​The Black-Box Protocol is explicitly engineered to smash this cycle. ​We are introducing an interconnected, campaign-driven technical universe where products don't die—they undergo structural incubation. Just like a cinematic universe, your progress in Stage 01 carries directly into subsequent stages, culminating in the Singularity Protocol (Stage 05) and final market scaling. Welcome to Stage 01 // "System Escalation"—the genesis node focusing on the absolute convergence of autonomous AI agents and decentralized Web3 ledger technology. The 2-Round Hybrid Architecture & Execution Model ​To ensure an uncompromised signal-to-noise ratio, we are implementing a strict, multi-stage gatekeeper pipeline. To survive the protocol and reach the Gwalior finale, your team must clear both phases. Round 01 // Registration & System Architecture Screening ​(Online) ​Timeline: ​June 04 – June 15, 2026 ​Key Windows: Registration Window: ​June 05 – June 13, 2026 ​System Blueprint Submission (PPT/Abstract): ​June 10 – June 15, 2026 Protocol Challenge (60 Minutes): ​June 15, 2026 ​Results Declaration & Access Codes Release: ​June 19 or June 20, 2026 ​Round 01 Execution Model (step-By-Step) ​The Portal Onboarding (June 04 - June 13) ​Register your team (2 to 4 developers) on Luma. Provide active GitHub profiles and select your core technical domains (AI orchestration, smart contracts, or UI/system architecture). ​The Blueprint Blueprinting (June 10 - June 15) ​Shortlisted teams will gain access to the submission portal. You must submit a 6-slide System Architecture Blueprint (PPT/PDF) detailing: ​Problem Statement & Proposed Use Case ​Technical Architecture Diagram mapping the precise data flow between your ​Autonomous AI Agent and the Layer-1 blockchain ​Proposed Sponsor Tool Integration and API/SDK deployment logic The Protocol Challenge (June 15) ​All participants must complete a mandatory 60-minute online challenge designed to evaluate technical knowledge, practical problem-solving ability, and domain expertise in ​building production-grade AI systems. ​The challenge will be based on the official Stage 01 tracks: On HiDevs Platform ​Gen AI Products: ​Reliability & Monitoring ​Cost & Latency Optimization ​Participants can expect a mix of: ​System Design Questions ​Scenario-Based Problem Solving ​Architecture Analysis ​GenAI Infrastructure Concepts ​Production Deployment Challenges ​The objective is to evaluate a participant's ability to design, optimize, monitor, and scale real-world GenAI applications beyond simple prototypes. ​Challenge scores will be reflected on the official leaderboard and will contribute directly to the Round 01 evaluation process. ​The Core Filter (June 16 - June 18) ​Our industry mentors will audit every blueprint submission and challenge result. ​We evaluate: ​Originality ​Logic Validity ​Technical Depth ​System Design Quality ​Execution Potential ​Plagiarized projects, low-intent AI wrappers, or technically invalid architectures will be ​eliminated immediately. ​Access Codes Release (June 19 / June 20) ​Only the top 50–60 teams will receive physical terminal clearance codes to enter Gwalior. ​Round 02 qualification is determined through the following: ​System Architecture Blueprint Submission ​Technical Challenge Leaderboard Performance ​Teams must demonstrate both strong architectural thinking and technical competency to advance. Round 02 // the Terminal Lockdown (8-Hour Offline Finale) ​Timeline: ​4th Week of June 2026 ​Location: ​Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh ​(with hybrid channels for global remote tracks) ​Format: ​A strict, non-stop 8/12-hour continuous offline hacking sprint. ​Round 02 Execution Model (step-By-Step) ​Deployment & Gating (Hour 00) ​Selected teams arrive at the Gwalior physical hub. ​Outstation participants gain access to designated storage and preparation areas for ​their equipment and belongings. ​The Network Ignition (Hour 01) ​Teams connect to the central coding arena. Each team receives dedicated power access and uninterrupted high-speed connectivity. ​The Terminal Lockdown (Hours 01 - 08) ​A continuous, high-pressure hacking window. ​Teams must live-code, test, and deploy their MVPs. ​No Slide Preparation Allowed. ​Teams must focus entirely on building, testing, and deployment. ​Mandatory Stack Integration: ​Projects must actively execute sponsor APIs, AI workflows, cloud infrastructure, or blockchain smart contracts. ​The System Recharge (Hour 04) ​Dedicated lunch, snacks, beverages, and hydration stations will remain available throughout the event. ​The Submission Protocol (Final Hour) ​All teams must submit their final projects through the HiDevs Platform. ​Submission Requirements: ​GitHub Repository ​Live Demo Link ​Technical Documentation ​Project Overview ​Sponsor Integration Details ​The Live-Execution Jury (Hour 08+) ​No dry pitching. ​Evaluation is based strictly on live execution. ​Teams must demonstrate: ​Functional MVP ​Autonomous AI Agent Workflows ​Smart Contract Execution ​API Transaction Logs ​Deployment Status ​GitHub Commit History The Value Matrix (what Is in The Box?) ​Incentive Pool: ​Up to 50K+ in developer bounty pools, cash prizes, sponsor rewards, and hardware incentives. ​Continuous Incubation: ​Access to a 6–12 month post-event support pipeline connecting projects with mentors, accelerators, investors, and ecosystem partners. ​Expert Mentorship: ​Real-time architecture reviews, technical guidance, and execution-focused feedback from industry specialists. ​Registration Compliance Rules ​Repository Integrity: ​All code must be initialized and systematically committed during active round windows. ​Pre-existing, copy-pasted, or white-labeled projects trigger immediate disqualification. ​Mandatory Convergence: ​Projects must functionalize both domains. ​An AI wrapper without Web3 trust, or a Web3 contract without autonomous AI capabilities, will not pass Round 01.
