Participants will solve an open-ended business problem statement using the NewgenONE platform. This is a platform-based problem-solving round where teams must ideate, design, and present a solution leveraging NEWGENONE's capabilities. Eligibility: Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students. Inter-college teams are allowed — team members do not need to be from the same institution. Team size: 1-4 Members Process: Registration — Teams register and are confirmed for Round 1. Round 1 (NEWGENONE Problem Statement Round) Platform access to NEWGENONE will be granted on the Round 1 start date. Duration: 3 weeks. Teams work on the assigned open-ended business problem statement using the platform and submit their solution by the end of the round. Subsequent Rounds — Shortlisted Teams move on to the final judging round conducted by Industry Professionals from Newgen Software Rules Teams must use the NEWGENONE platform as the primary tool for solving the problem statement; solutions not built/demonstrated on the platform may be disqualified. Plagiarism or use of pre-built/existing solutions not developed during the competition window is not allowed. All submissions must be made before the Round 1 deadline (end of the 3-week window); late submissions will not be considered. Decisions of the judging panel/organizers are final.
