About the Competition:
Build $ Bank is an open-to-all FinTech Hackathon that brings together students from diverse academic backgrounds to solve real-world financial challenges through innovative technology. Participants are encouraged to develop impactful solutions in areas such as Digital Payments, AI in Finance, Financial Inclusion, Fraud Detection, Wealth Management, Embedded Finance, and more.
Timeline:
1 August – 1 September 2026: Registration and submission of entries.
15 September 2026: Announcement of the Top 15 shortlisted teams.
18 September 2026: Online mentorship session with the global team of YEL and industry experts (via Google Meet).
20 September 2026: Offline Grand Finale at IIT Delhi.

Selection Process:
Entries will be evaluated based on innovation, relevance, feasibility, scalability, technical execution, and potential impact.
The Top 15 teams will advance to the Grand Finale at IIT Delhi.
Shortlisted teams will receive mentorship to refine their solution and presentation before the finale.
Grand Finale:
Shortlisted teams will:
Present their solution before an expert jury.
Demonstrate their prototype.
Participate in a live Q&A session.
Compete for exciting prizes and recognition.
