strAIght up! Bangkok: One-Day AI Hackathon
strAIght up! Bangkok is a one-day AI hackathon powered by Wavesparks and sponsored by OpenAI, hosted by ForwardBridge in partnership with Adam's House, TUSAA, and Global Shapers Kuala Lumpur. Over a single day, you'll take an idea from concept to live demo — build a product, automate a workflow, create a useful tool, and ship something real. Explore OpenAI, Codex. Come with a team, find collaborators on the day, or build solo. Technical and non-technical builders are welcome, regardless of experience level.

What to expect:

The challenge: Build an original AI-powered product that solves a real problem. Challenge tracks are revealed on the morning of the event — expect real-world briefs across areas such as trust and safety, security and resilience, and more. There is no fixed industry theme. The goal is to create something useful, technically credible, and ready to demonstrate by the end of the day.
Prizes: Every participant receives US$200+ in credits. The top team take home:
1st — US$20,000 in OpenAI credits (team), plus 12 months ChatGPT Pro & CodexDetails:
