About
From Humanities Ideas to Interactive Technology
As part of the EduX programme, we run pre-hackathon workshops to help participants warm up, explore real-world challenges and develop skills they can use during the hackathon.
In this hybrid workshop, the Cambridge University EdTech Society and Claude Builder Club will explore how technology can bring ideas from the humanities to life. We’ll look at how concepts, theories and questions from fields such as history, philosophy, literature and the social sciences can become interactive digital experiences.
The session will offer practical guidance on developing an idea into a prototype. Participants will also receive additional support from Claude Builder Club on choosing and using a suitable tech stack. Whether you already code or are new to building with technology, support will be tailored to your experience.
