The way we've all been taught to think about money is broken. BITMELA LAUNCHPAD is an ideathon for builders working at the intersection of Bitcoin, UPI, and Agentic Payments, three rails quietly redefining how money moves in India and beyond. Teams choose one problem track, build a real solution, and go through two evaluation rounds before the Top 5 pitch live at BITMELA, Jaipur, with 4 weeks of dedicated mentorship before the finale. Full track breakdown, timeline, and prizes are in the tabs below. Two things every team must do  Complete your registration, including the screening questions and attach a 90-second pitch video. Registration is not considered complete without the pitch video. Keep it simple. You, your phone camera, and a straight walkthrough of the problem, your solution, and why you're the one building it. No editing, no deck, no production value needed. Cake Wallet Sponsor Task: download the app (iOS, Android), and submit your Cake Wallet Lightning address (Settings > Lightning Username) Reward: 3 lucky participants will receive ₹5,000 worth of sats each, sent directly to their submitted Lightning address.  Here is the Participant Handbook, which provides a detailed outline of the ideathon.  Join the WhatsApp community to stay on top of the latest updates. The organizing committee has final authority on rules, schedule, and evaluation process, with prior notice to participants. Eligibility: open to Indian residents only.
