Demo Day: Summer Design Hackathon

Open to General Public Welcome to Chinatown is hosting a Demo Day at The Hub to conclude our Summer Design Hackathon, conducted in partnership with Gotham Park. Come join to watch the live team presentations, judging portion, and awards! The Hackathon Challenge: Gotham Park sits directly beneath the Brooklyn Bridge, which sees over 28K pedestrians cross daily. This hackathon challenges participants to design wayfinding and visual markers that guide people from the Brooklyn Bridge through Gotham Park and into Chinatown. We're looking for creative solutions that capture that foot traffic — drawing visitors off the bridge, through the park, and into one of New York's most iconic neighborhoods.
