March is one of the biggest months in sports. The NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments bring bracket culture to millions, while playoff races heat up across the NBA, NHL, and other leagues. Fantasy seasons are wrapping up or resetting. To celebrate, we’re hosting a sports-themed mini hackathon. This is a fast, focused build session where you’ll create an app using Lovable. You can lean into the sports theme or build something completely different if you prefer. Some sports-inspired ideas include: • Bracket builders• Friends league trackers• Draft order tools• Rivalry archives• Sports data visualizations• Season recap generators• Commissioner dashboards• Or something entirely unexpected You are not required to build a bracket or focus on college basketball. The sports theme is simply inspiration for the day. Tools Build platform: LovableHackathon credits will be provided. You may use public sports data sources for inspiration or inputs, but your app itself should be built using Lovable. Who This Is For This event is open to: • Builders and developers• Designers and product thinkers• Students and founders• Sports fans (and non-fans)• Anyone curious about building apps with AI No experience required. If you enjoy experimenting with ideas and building products, you’re welcome to join. What You’ll Get By attending, you can expect to: • Learn how to build an app using Lovable• Get hands-on experience prototyping quickly• Meet other builders, designers, and founders• Turn an idea into a working prototype in just a few hours• Share what you built with the group Whether you come with an idea or figure it out on the spot, the goal is simple: build something interesting and have fun doing it. Optional Theme Feel free to wear your college or alma mater gear, or your favorite team jersey. Totally optional, just a fun way to spark conversation. What to Bring • Laptop• Charger• Optional sports gear• Curiosity
