Talking is easy. Closing is a different game altogether. Think you can build systems that drive revenue instead of just talking about sales? The FlytBase BDR Hiring Hackathon is your chance to prove it. We're hiring for Business Development Representative (Inbound & Outbound) roles, and we're replacing the traditional interview-first approach with a hands-on challenge. Build real BDR workflows, showcase your problem-solving skills, and earn a fast-track to interviews. This isn't a case study competition. You'll work on solving real business problems inspired by how modern BDR teams operate at a global B2B SaaS company. Why Participate? Fast-track to the interview process for top performers A second chance if you've previously applied and weren't shortlisted Opportunity to work in a global BDR role serving customers across 50+ countries Build practical sales automation and operations skills on real-world challenges Learn directly from the FlytBase team through pre-hackathon mentoring sessions The Challenge: Design and build the infrastructure that powers modern BDR operations, including: Lead prospecting workflows Inbound lead routing logic Outreach and response automation Pipeline visibility and reporting AI-powered productivity workflows You'll be evaluated on your problem-solving approach, execution, creativity, and ability to design scalable systems. Pre-Hackathon Sessions: To help you prepare, we'll conduct two interactive sessions covering: Life at FlytBase and how our BDR teams work Existing sales infrastructure and workflows Expectations from the hackathon Q&A with the hiring team Event Details: Date: Saturday, 25 July 2026Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMMode: Online Eligibility: Open to students who are passionate about: Business Development Sales GTM & Revenue Operations AI-powered workflows Problem-solving and automation Whether you've applied to FlytBase before or this is your first interaction with us, you're welcome to participate.
