Dates: 1 June 2026 (Virtual Round) Result Announcement: 18 June 2026 Final Round: 8-9 August 2026 Timings: Virtual Round: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 Hours) Final Round: 24 Hours Coding Marathon Venue:  Adamas University, Kolkata, West Bengal Mode: Round 1 (Online): Virtual Coding Round Final Round (Offline): 24-Hour Onsite Hackathon Team & Eligibility: Team Size: 1 – 4 members per team Inter-college teams: Allowed Inter-specialization teams: Encouraged Open to: Students pursuing Diploma / UG / PG from institutes across India Registration: Free but Mandatory Only team leader must register the team and other members must accept the hackathon invitation. Note: Once registered for an Odoo Hackathon, participants cannot apply again for 3 months for another Odoo hackathon. Event Format: Round 1 – Virtual Round (1 June 2026) 8-hour online coding challenge Problem statements will be released at 9:00 AM Team leader must select and submit the chosen problem statement Participants must follow all instructions shared through email Result Announcement – 18 June 2026 Top teams will be shortlisted for the final round Results will be published on the official registration page Final Round – 8–9 August 2026 24-hour onsite coding hackathon Surprise problem statements will be revealed at 10:00 AM Teams must bring their own laptops Teams will develop a working solution during the hackathon Benifits: Special Opportunity: Outstanding performers may receive job offers up to 8 LPA CTC (based on eligibility). Participation: Final Round Teams will receive Participation Certificates Rules: Registration is mandatory for participation Only the team leader needs to register the team Team members must accept the hackathon invitation after registration Teams must follow the instructions shared through email Participants must bring their own laptops for the final round No TA/DA or travel allowance will be provided Each participant can be part of only one team Judging decisions will be final and binding All participants must follow the university guidelines and code of conduct
