Guidelines:
North India Women Hackathon is organized to promote coding, problem-solving, innovation, and large-scale technology solutions among women developers across North India.
The hackathon provides a platform for participants to showcase their technical creativity and build impactful solutions.
The hackathon will consist of two Super Tracks, allowing participants to choose the domain in which they want to build their solution.
Eligibility:
The hackathon is open to female students from colleges and universities across North India.
Participants must register through the official registration link.
Students from any technical specialization are eligible to participate.
Team Formation:
Participants can register individually or in teams.
Each team can have 2–4 members.
Inter-college teams are allowed.
Inter-specialization teams are allowed.
Super Tracks:
Participants will choose one of the following tracks:
Super Track 1 – Coding & Software Innovation:
Focus on building software solutions, web applications, mobile apps, or AI-based solutions.
Super Track 2 – Problem Solving & Large-Scale Innovation:
Focus on solving real-world challenges using technology and innovative approaches.
Hackathon Format:
The hackathon will consist of multiple rounds:
Round 1: Idea Submission / Problem Statement Selection
Round 2: Prototype Development
Round 3: Final Presentation and Demo
Number of Problem Statements:
Multiple problem statements will be provided under each track.
Teams can also propose their own innovative idea related to the track.
Duration:
The hackathon will run for a fixed duration (e.g., 24–36 hours / as decided by organizers).
Teams must submit their final project before the deadline.
Rules:
Each team must register before the deadline to participate.
All projects must be original work created during the hackathon.
Any form of plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.
Teams must submit their source code, presentation, and project demo before the final evaluation.
The decision of the judging panel will be final.
Participants must follow all event guidelines and code of conduct during the hackathon.
